Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017.

Date of purchase: 1st June 2017

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 84,646

Lowest price paid per share 813.0000

Highest price paid per share 823.0000

Average price paid per share 818.8300

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 3,211,608 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £26,504,037.69
