The Company announces that it purchased 49,381 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 681.0046 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 86,878,044 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 194,755,866. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
