JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 39,068 Ordinary shares at 455.435 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 17,411,282 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 118,903,621

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
