Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that, pursuant to the general authority given to it at the Company's 2014 Annual General Meeting and following the announcement by the Company on 18 December 2014, it purchased 5,500 Shares for cancellation on 23 December 2014 (the "Purchase") at a price of 145.2p per Share.
The Company advises that, following the Purchase and cancellation, the Company's issued share capital is 22,408,453 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 22,408,453. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
