Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017.

Date of purchase: 2nd June 2017

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 83,653

Lowest price paid per share 809.5000

Highest price paid per share 818.0000

Average price paid per share 812.6900

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 3,295,261 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £ 27,183,877.26
