Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 480,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 178.80p, the lowest price paid was 176.00p and the average price paid was 177.0799p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 75,951,724 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,078,575,901 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
