Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 570,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 216.30p, the lowest price paid was 212.20p and the average price paid was 214.2488p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 19,333,936 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,135,193,689 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
