Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 31,912 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 647.89 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,117,456 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,193,263.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
