Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 527,864 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 182.70p, the lowest price paid was 178.50p and the average price paid was 181.1884p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 58,629,917 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,095,897,708 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
