Chemring Group PLC (the "Company") - Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 21st August it purchased a total of 35,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 1828.8571 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange via Investec Investment Banking.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 65,000 ordinary
shares as treasury shares and has a total of 32,621,127 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).
