Transaction in the Company's own shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 5 August 2011 it purchased for cancellation 345,981 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 89.555 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 40,767,048 Ordinary Shares in issue.
