REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Income

JPMorgan Elect plc purchased 23,676 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 101.91 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,494,637 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 51,410,648.

Managed Growth

JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 32,120 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 674.14 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,836,120 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,642,497.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
