JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust plc has today purchased 75,000 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 134.68 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 449,277 ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury is 296,840,161.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
