On 11 March 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,45,328 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £46.64743 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 16,486,539 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 718,143,600 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
