The Company announces that it has today purchased 89,620 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 455.72 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 75,718,570 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 205,915,340. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
