Transaction in own shares

bwin.party announces that on 7 February 2012 it purchased, through an independent third party, 190,805 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 170.20 pence per share. The highest price paid was 173.90 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 166.90 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 21,521,829 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 831,387,442 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 828,689,843 (total number of shares in issue minus 2,697,599 shares held by the employee benefit trust in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
