Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 326,272 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 208.40p, the lowest price paid was 202.80p and the average price paid was 204.2708p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 34,739,879 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,119,787,746 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
