Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 630,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 186.40p, the lowest price paid was 182.70p and the average price paid was 184.1413p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 72,166,724 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,082,360,901 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
