Torex Retail PLC16 November 2005 Torex Retail Plc (the "Company") Transaction in Own Shares Further to the recent acquisition of Anker plc ("the Acquisition"), the Companyannounces that yesterday it sold 57 ordinary shares of 1 p each ("OrdinaryShares) in the Company at a price of 109p per Ordinary Share.
