Purchase of Shares in Buyback Programme

The Company announces that it purchased 225,000 of its ordinary shares of

1.5625 pence each on 10 March 2010, through Numis Securities Limited at a price of 333 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled and will reduce the number of shares in issue to 160,588,085.

Following the cancellation of such shares, the Company's issued share capital

consists of 160,588,085 ordinary shares all with voting rights.
