TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Howden Joinery Group Plc (the "Company") announces that on 7 April 2016 it purchased through Numis Securities Ltd the following number of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 472.18p per share:
Number of ordinary shares purchased and subsequently cancelled: | 200,000 |
Highest purchase price paid per share: | 476.25p |
Lowest purchase price paid per share: | 467.25p |
Following the above transaction, the Company has 637,401,973 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and 10,828,842 ordinary shares in treasury.
