Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 350,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 230.10p, the lowest price paid was 225.40p and the average price paid was 228.8215p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 3,414,324 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,151,113,301 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
