REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 145,485 Ordinary shares at 480.5168 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 13,049,005 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 144,425,926.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
