Close Brothers Dev VCT PLC17 November 2006 CLOSE BROTHERS DEVELOPMENT VCT PLC Close Brothers Development VCT PLC announces that on 17 November 2006 itpurchased, to be held in treasury, 38,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.3% ofthe Ordinary Share capital) at a price of 87p per Ordinary Share and 17,500 CShares (representing 0.1% of the C Share capital) at a price of 95p per C Share. Following the purchase of the 38,000 Ordinary Shares and the 17,500 C Shares,the total number of treasury shares held by the Company will be 244,400 OrdinaryShares and 139,215 C Shares.
