Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 11th March 2011, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 74.66 pence per share. The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares was 74.75 and 74.5 pence respectively. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,320,098 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 244,679,510 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.01% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
