Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 185,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 226.40p, the lowest price paid was 224.70p and the average price paid was 225.5734p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 15,614,764 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,138,912,861 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
