Bank of Ireland Group plc ("BOIG") today announces that on 23 May 2024 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "shares") on Euronext Dublin, from BOIG's broker, J&E Davy ("Davy"). The shares purchased will be cancelled.

These share purchases form part of BOIG's intention to buy back up to €520 million of shares as part of the buy-back programme announced on 27 February 2024 (the "programme").
