Ordinary Shares Date of purchase: 21 February 2005 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 13,500,000 Highest purchase price paid per share: 140.25p Lowest purchase price paid per share: 139.5p Volume weighted average price per share: 139.8426p Vodafone intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
