Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 593,866 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 182.00p, the lowest price paid was 178.00p and the average price paid was 180.1878p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 57,651,699 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,096,875,926 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
