Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 450,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 224.70p, the lowest price paid was 222.60p and the average price paid was 224.3411p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 17,643,936 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,136,883,689 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
