On 7 March 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc, 6,371of its ordinary shares at an average price of £45.7888 per ordinary share.These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 16,341,211 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 718,285,737 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
