Transaction in Own Shares

Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L), announces that on September 28th, 2017 it purchased a total of 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 51 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 33,378,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,912,312 are held in treasury.
