TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
International Personal Finance plc announces that on 25 August 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 143,700 ordinary shares at an average price of 391.4424 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 396.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 377.2 pence.
Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 9,718,564; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 229,986,532.
