The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares were €5.50and €5.45 respectively. The purchased shares will all be cancelled. Following the above purchase and subsequent to the repurchase of 4,504,500shares pursuant to the tender offer, the Company has a total of 35,042,702ordinary shares in issue.
