Huntsworth PLC ('the Company') Transaction in own shares Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 3 April 2009, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 50.5 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 257,707 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 211,754,636 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
