Purchase of Own Securities

The Company announces that on 8 February 2016 it purchased 50,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 107.25p per Ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued share capital is as follows:

· 18,091,202 Ordinary Shares (including 2 Ordinary Shares issued as subscriber shares)

· 8,116,777 B Ordinary Shares

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 26,207,979. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
