Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 17,486 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 856.86 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,311,462 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 31,053,228.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 68,963 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 106.22 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 11,828,735 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 86,636,739.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
