Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 27th April 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 225,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £29.06676909 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £29.245 per share and the lowest price received was £28.88 per share.
