Transaction in own shares

bwin.party announces that on 5 November 2012 it purchased, through Numis Securities, 200,000 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 120.77 pence per share. The highest price paid was 123.20 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 118.30 pence per share.

Under the current buy-back authority granted by bwin.party shareholders on 7 June 2012, the Company has purchased a total of 5,085,066 shares.

The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 812,514,549 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 806,538,909 (total number of shares in issue minus 5,975,640 shares held by the employee benefit trust (bwin.party Shares Trust) in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
