GPG announces that on 13 December 2012 it purchased for cancellation 5,406,788 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each from Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited. 

The highest price paid was 30.87 pence per ordinary share and the lowest price paid was 30.73 pence per ordinary share.
