The Company announces that on 13 December 2024 it had purchased a total of 333,610 of its ordinary shares of 20 pence each (the "ordinary shares"), through the Company's broker Barclays Bank PLC, acting through its investment bank, as detailed below. The repurchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury.
