Inchcape plc - Transactions in Own Shares

Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 14 May 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 52,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 660.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 652.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 454,624,095 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
