The Company announces that it has today purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 555.00 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction the Company holds 18,320,989 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 142,927,089. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
