Inchcape PLC13 May 2005 . 13 May 2005 Inchcape plc Share re-purchase programme Inchcape plc ("the Company") announces that on 12 May 2005 it purchased 132,120ordinary shares of 150p each. The maximum price paid was 1797.5p and the minimumprice was 1795p. The Company intends to hold these shares in treasury. Since the Company started buying back shares on 15 April 2005 it has acquired895,901 ordinary shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Companyholds 895,901 of its shares in treasury and has 78,826,031 shares in issue(excluding treasury shares).
