10 April 2012For immediate release REPURCHASE OF SHARES IN RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC
Further to the announcement of its irrevocable, non-discretionary share repurchase programme on 19 March 2012, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces that under the terms of that programme it purchased 380,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of £34.9943 per share on 10 April 2012. These shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the Company has:
1. 2,710,000 ordinary shares held as treasury shares ; and
2. 728,422,442 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
