Transaction in Own Shares

Rapid Realisations Fund Limited (AIM: RRF), today announces that on 28 May 2008 it purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at price of 88.5p.

As a result of this transaction, the Company holds 100,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has 59,900,000 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
