Ordinary shares: Date of purchase: 4 January 2007 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 500,000 Highest price paid per share: 430.50p Lowest price paid per share: 424.50p Volume weighted average price paid per share: 427.98p BAE Systems plc intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, BAE Systems plc holds 29,925,000 of itsordinary shares in treasury and has 3,216,307,539 ordinary shares in issue(excluding treasury shares).
