On 22 February 2013, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from HSBC Bank plc,100,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of £44.96821 per ordinaryshare. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, theCompany has:

1. 15,410,161 shares held as treasury shares; and

2. 719,158,683 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
