Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 205.50p, the lowest price paid was 200.50p and the average price paid was 203.2455p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 35,239,879 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,119,287,746 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
