Transaction in own shares

bwin.party announces that on 1 December 2011 it purchased, through Numis Securities Limited, 242,322 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 136.15 pence per share. The highest price paid was 138.0 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 134.5 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 12,334,328 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 840,574,943 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 836,626,882 (total number of shares in issue minus 3,948,061 shares held by the employee benefit trust in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
